Four engine 14 seat communications aircraft

 

On 12 May 1954 one Heron was obtained by the Belgian authorities for use by the Governor General of the then Belgian Congo; (Call Sign CGG: Congo Gouverneur Général). After the independence of Congo this machine was used by Katangeese Premier Moïse Tshombe before being destroyed.
